From £180
Activate Apple CarPlay and Android Auto where your Mercedes has the feature locked from the factory.
Some Mercedes-Benz vehicles come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality locked from the factory. Where your car supports it, we can activate the feature for you — no new screen required.
Not every vehicle is eligible, so send us your registration and we'll confirm whether your Mercedes can be activated before you book.
Check your car for this USB port
Your Mercedes must have this USB port — the one marked with the dual phone sign (port 2 in the photo). If your car doesn't have it, CarPlay isn't activated on that vehicle and you'll need hardware changes as well, so we'll quote you for the extra work required.
Frequently asked
- Will it work on my Mercedes?

- Do I need a new screen?
- No — activation uses the screen already fitted to your car. If your Mercedes isn't eligible for activation, our screen upgrades with built-in wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are the alternative.
